Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka jednoho kusu přístroje kapilární elektroforézy umožňujícího práci v různých separačních módech spojeného s hmotnostním spektrometrem s analyzátorem typu trojitého kvadrupólu nebo analyzátorem kombinujícím kvadrupól s lineární iontovou pastí, který je vybavený iontovým zdrojem umožňujícím ionizaci pomocí elektrospreje. Spojení kapilární elektroforézy a hmotnostní spektrometrie je realizováno přes rozhraní bez nutnosti modifikace kapiláry z kapilární elektroforézy a obsahuje zdroj pomocné kapaliny. Součástí přístroje je dále pokročilý modul pro úpravu vzorků obsahující gradientové čerpadlo, termostat a nástřikový systém. Systém je doplněn záložními zdroji napětí, řídicí jednotkou a software pro řízení a vyhodnocování dat. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vedle samotné dodávky také instalace, zaškolení obsluhy a zajištění záručního servisu.
