Порядок здійснення оплати: розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником впродовж 10 календарних днів після поставки товарів та пред'явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату за фактично поставлений товар (далі - рахунок) та після підписання Сторонами накладної (акту приймання - передачі товарів). До рахунку додаються: накладна (акт приймання-передачі товарів) та документи, що підтверджують якість поставлених товарів. Усі документи за Договором оформлюються з дотриманням вимог чинного законодавства України. У разі затримки фінансування Замовника оплата за Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідних коштів. Поставка товарів. Постачальник зобов'язаний поставити за свій рахунок товари у розпорядження Замовника разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти товар на умовах цього договору впродовж 5 днів з моменту отримання Заявки від Замовника. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу товарів Замовнику за кінцевим місцем призначення, що знаходиться за адресою: Закарпатська обл., м. Чоп, (конкретна адреса вказується у замовленні)
