Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. 1 (одна) поставка Строк (термін) поставки товарів: протягом 2 робочих днів з дати отримання заявки на електронну адресу Продавця __________ або будь-яким іншим зручним способом (телефонний номер, тощо) зазначений у цьому Договорі . Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: не пізніше ніж 16.10.2026 року, з урахуванням п.2.1 Договору. Передача Товару здійснюється на території Покупця за адресою: 23000, Україна, Вінницька область, Жмеринський район, м. Бар, вул. М. Кривоноса 71. Сторони засвідчують даний факт шляхом підписання видаткової накладної товару та підтверджують належні якість, комплектність та кількість Товару в цей момент. Ціна цього Договору включає: ціну Товару, інші обов’язкові платежі, витрати, пов’язані з передпродажною підготовкою та реалізацією Товару Покупцю, всі витрати Продавця, враховуючи вартість транспортних послуг на доставку Товару до місця поставки, визначеного цим Договором, здійснення вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці Товару.
