Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Продавець здійснює поставку та передачу Товару в Черкаську область та Харківську область на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2020р.) за вимогою замовника. Поставка Товару здійснюється за рахунок та автотранспортом Продавця. Строк поставки товару - до закінчення періоду воєнного стану в Україні від дати укладання договору, але не пізніше 25.09.2026 року. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається видаткова накладна Продавця.
