Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТЕНДЕРНА ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЯ", що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону. З урахуванням обсягу фінансування видатків замовника до розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів. Інша інформація: категорія замовника - підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Застосовані критерії оцінки - ціна (питома вага критерію - 100%). Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою (за винятком випадку, передбачених тендерною документацією); Замовник може зменшити обсяги закупівлі в залежності від фактичної потреби та обсягів фінансування
