Поставка Товару відбувається на умовах DDP в редакції Офіційних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів «Інкотермс 2010». Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити поставку Товару на адреси Покупця, що визначені в Заявці (форма заявки - Додатку №2 до цього Договору), протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Заявки від Покупця. Приймання-передача Товару по кількості згідно Додатку №1 до цього Договору та відповідної якості згідно розділу 2 цього Договору, здійснюється уповноваженими представниками Покупця та Постачальника, шляхом підписання видаткових накладних та Акту (-ів), які підтверджують/підтверджуватимуть відповідність Товару кількісним, якісним та технічним характеристикам, що визначені в Додатку №1 до цього Договору та розділі 2 цього Договору.
