Description

Die vorhandenen Kanalisationsleitungen aus dem Jahr 1897 sind undicht, darum wird der Kanal vollständig erneuert. Dadurch muss ein Teil der bestehenden Gasleitung neu verlegt werden. Dabei werden ebenfalls die schadhaften Grundstücksanschlussleitungen ersetzt. In der Bauerstrasse und in der Blatterstrasse sind die Trinkwasserleitungen aus dem Jahr 1976 ebenfalls veraltet und zu ersetzten. Die Leitung in der Meilistrasse ist aus dem Jahr 1990 und ein Ersatz ist nicht erforderlich. In der Brauerstrasse ist ebenfalls eine DN 600 Faserzementwasser- transportleitung aus dem Jahr 1976 vorhanden. Diese soll bestehen bleiben. Die Stadtwerke werden die Gasversorgung in ca. 10 Jahren einstellen. Bis zu diesem Termin müssen die vorhandenen Leitungen in Betrieb bleiben. Darum werden Sie während den Bauarbeiten gesichert und geschützt. Nur im Konfliktbereich mit der neuen Kanallage wird die Gasleitung ersetzt. Das EW-Trassee und die Beleuchtung werden in diesem Zuge ebenfalls neu verlegt. Aufgrund des Zustands der Strasse selbst und der Randabschlüsse sowie der Werkleitungserneuerungen wird der Strassenoberbau teilweise erneuert. Weiter werden die Parkplätze entsiegelt, um den politischen Vorgaben sowie dem Konzept «Schwammstadt» zu entsprechen.
