The tender covers the supply of food staples: wheat flour of first grade under DSTU 46.004; bulgur wheat groats made from durum wheat, grind No. 2 (medium); buckwheat kernels of first grade under DSTU 7697; Artek wheat groats from durum wheat under DSTU 7699; and long-grain polished parboiled rice of first grade. Deliveries are made in batches: the buyer sends a written order by email, and the supplier must deliver the relevant batch within two days of the order date. Goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran, in line with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution No. 822.
