The contract covers the supply of first-grade wheat flour in 1 kg packages, produced in accordance with the Ukrainian standard DSTU 46.004-99 'Wheat flour. Technical conditions', including amendments. The flour must be made from soft wheat or soft wheat with up to 20% durum wheat and is intended for bread, bakery and flour confectionery production, retail sale and other food uses. The goods must be fresh, whole, clean, undamaged and free from pests, with taste and smell typical of the grade. Each batch must include quality and safety documents under Ukrainian food safety law, and the winner must provide details of ultimate beneficial owners. Goods must not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran.
