Vilniaus apygardos teismo nutartis, kuria Perkančioji organizacija įpareigota nutraukti pirkimą ir pakoregavusi konkurso sąlygas, jį skelbti iš naujo. 2018 m. gruodžio 20 d. Lietuvos apeliacinio teismo nutartis (civil.byla Nr.e2A-1256-553/2018), palikusi Vilniaus apygardos teismo nutartį nepakeistą.
