В обхвата на поръчката се включват всички дейности, описани в техническата спецификация. Участниците могат да подават оферти за една, няколко или всички обособени позиции. Офертата се подава за цялата обособена позиция (за всяка от номенклатурите, които включва). Не се допуска подаване на оферти за част от позицията, тоест за отделна номенклатура, част от обособена позиция, като в този случай офертата ще бъде отстранена. Оценката се извършва по предложена обща стойност в евро за обособена позиция. Участниците, които подават оферта за обособената позиция, включваща номенклатури, трябва да посочат ценово предложение за всяка от номенклатурите и общо за позицията. Извършване на извънгаранционен сервиз на посочената апаратура с обхват и обем на дейностите, съгласно условията на поръчката и техническата спецификация.​​​​​​​; Извършване на извънгаранционен сервиз на включената на обособената позиция апаратура с обхват и обем на дейностите, съгласно условията на поръчката и техническата спецификация.​​​​​​​ Позицията включва: ​​​​​​​Наркозен апарат "Fabius" - 1 бр. c изпарител Vapor 19.3 Halotan - 1 бр. Наркозен апарат "Fabius GS"- 1 бр. Наркозен апарат "Primus" - 1 бр. Наркозен апарат "Julian" - 1 бр. Респиратор за продължителна вентилация "Savina" - 2 бр. Дефибрилатор "Schiller" defigart с пейсмейкър - 3 бр. Апарат за обем на дишането MIR "Spirolab" - 1 бр.
