Предмет на поръчката: „Изработване на Доклад по ОВОС (ДОВОС) и доклад за оценка на степента на въздействие (ДОСВ), като приложение към доклада по ОВОС за инвестиционно предложение за обект: Изграждане на Скоростен път Монтана - София с тунел под прохода „Петрохан“. Целта на обществената поръчка е да бъде определен изпълнител и да се сключи договор за нейното изпълнение, с оглед изработване на ДОВОС и ДОСВ за инвестиционно предложение за обект: „Изграждане на Скоростен път Монтана - София с тунел под прохода „Петрохан“, на базата на които да бъде издадено Решение по ОВОС и ОС. Скоростен път „Монтана - София“ с тунел под прохода „Петрохан“ е ключов елемент на националната и европейската транспортна мрежа. Разработени са две вариантни решения: „тъмносин вариант“ и „зелен вариант“ за изграждане скоростен път, базирани на технически параметри, съгласно изискванията на Заданието за изработване на разширен идеен проект и действащата Наредба № РД-02-20-2/2018 г. за проектиране на пътища. И двата варианта на проектно трасе започват при пътен възел „Монтана“ на АМ „Видин - Монтана“ при пресичането му с околовръстния път на гр. Монтана и трасето на път I-1. Общата дължина на тъмносин вариант е 95,688 км, а на зеления вариант - 99,393 км. Агенция пътна инфраструктура (АПИ), с писмо изх. № 04-09-83/10.06.2026 г. е изпратила уведомление до МОСВ, по реда на чл. 4, ал. 1 от Наредбата за условията и реда за извършване на оценка на въздействието върху околната среда и чл. 10, ал. 1 от Наредбата за условията и реда за извършване на оценка за съвместимостта на планове, програми, проекти и инвестиционни предложения с предмета и целите на опазване на защитените зони (Наредба за ОС), което е публично достъпно на интернет адрес: https://www.moew.government.bg/bg/izgrajdane-na-skorosten-put-montana-sofiya-s-tunel-pod-prohoda-petrohan/.
