Description

Извършване на строително-ремонтни дейности по изготвен проект за „Текущ ремонт на център за административно обслужване в сградата на Столична община“, находяща се на ул. „Московска“ № 33. Ремонтните работи засягат коридори и кабинети, групирани при един от главните входове за посетители на сградата, обособяващи център за административно обслужване в сградата на Столична община. Ремонтните дейности се извършват почти изцяло в интериор, с изключение подмяната на част от прозорците на партерния етаж и свързаните с тях дейности. СРР включват подмяна на настилки, окачени тавани, стенни покрития; подмяна на дограма - прозорци на кабинети и врати; подмяна на електроинсталации, включително осветление. Сградата притежава статут на единична недвижима културна ценност с категория „местно значение“. Настоящата oбществена поръчка e съфинансиранa po Проект “Красива България”, по мярка М01 „Подобряване на обществената среда в населените места” на Столична община, в качеството и на Бенефициент, съгласно Споразумение № РД-17-51/29.04.2026 г. и със собствени средства.
