За привеждане на сградния фонд на монтьорския пункт „Върбица“ в нормална експлоатация и опазване на сградите в дългосрочен план, както и за осигуряване на безаварийната работа се предвиждат следните видове работи по съответните части: Демонтаж на покривна хидроизолация, очукване на компрометирана циментова замазка за наклон по покрив, демонтаж на отводнителните елементи, демонтаж на стара дограма, демонтаж на топлоизолационен пакет, очукване на стара мазилка по фасади, демонтаж охранителни решетки, демонтаж парапети, разбиване на тротоарна бетонова настилка, разваляне на плочи, монтирани на външната тераса пред входа и стълбището, доставка и монтаж на нова битумна хидроизолация, доставка и монтаж на PVC и Алуминиева (за външна врата) дограма, дотавка и монтаж на топлоизолационен пакет по фасада от каменна вата и XPS плочи, направа на нова тротоарна бетонова настилка с необходимите наклони за отводняване, окрайчена с бордюри, доставка и монтаж на нови парапети и други.
