С цел безопасна и продължителна експлоатация за ЗРУ се предвижда следния ремонт: - премахване на компрометираната мазилка по фасадите и възстановяването й по съ-ществуващия образец; - пребоядисване на фасадите; - подмяна прозорците на първият етаж на ЗРУ с нови и поставяне на 2 броя вентила-тори; - подмяна на водосточните тръби; - възстановяване сечението на плочата на терасата; - изчистване от корозия и ново боядисване на стълбите и перваза на терасата; - подмяна на остъклението и вратата на терасата на втория етаж; - подмяна на шапката на борда; - и други. С цел безопасна и продължителна експлоатация за КАС се предвижда следния ремонт: - премахване на компрометираната мазилка и полагане на нова мазилка; - полагане на изолация по цокъл и еркери от екструдиран пенополистирол; - полагане на изолация от фасадна каменна вата; - подмяна на водосточните тръби; - подмяна прозорците на втори и трети етаж; - премахване на метални профили от тераси и остъкляването им; - демонтаж, профилактика и монтаж на климатична инверторна сплит система; - и други.
