Обектът на обществената поръчка е „доставка на стоки, осъществявана чрез покупка“ съгласно смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП) и има за предмет сключване на договор за доставка и покупка на композитни модулни стълбове, съгласно условията и изискванията на възложителя. Всяко заинтересовано лице може да подава оферта при условие, че отговаря на изискванията на ЗОП, Правилника за прилагане на ЗОП (ППЗОП) и на изискванията на възложителя, посочени в обявлението и документацията за участие. Предметът на поръчката включва прогнозни количества за срока на договора от 36 (тридесет и шест) месеца, както следва: Композитни модулни стълбове за въздушни електропроводни линии НН 835 kg, 9,5 m (Композитни мод. стълбове за ВЛ НН 835/9,5 m) - 20 броя. Композитни модулни стълбове за въздушни електропроводни линии СрН, 13 m (Композитни мод. стълбове за ВЛ СрН,13 m) - 100 броя.
