Обществената поръчка има за цел въвеждане на електронна книга за регистриране на издаваните дипломи за висше образование и електронизация на всички свързани с това процеси, в това число генериране и попълване на електронни протоколи за дипломиране, проверка на точността на данните в дипломите и др. За да се изпълни целта, трябва да се разработи централизирано решение, в частност надграждане на РДПЗСД с електронна книга за регистриране на издаваните дипломи за висше образование и електронизация на всички свързани с това процеси. В обхвата на изпълнение на настоящата обществена поръчка попадат следните дейности: Дейност 1: Анализ на изискванията и реинженеринг на процесите; Дейност 2: Изготвяне на системен проект; Дейност 3: Разработка на софтуерното решение; Дейност 4: Тестване; Дейност 5: Внедряване; Дейност 6: Обучение; Настоящата обществена поръчка е без осигурено финансиране, като договорът ще се сключи при условията на чл. 114 от Закона за обществените поръчки.
