Доставка на оборудван мобилен медицински кабинет за нуждите на „МБАЛ - Хасково“ АД, в изпълнение на проект „Преодоляване на неравенствата в ЮЦР в периферни общини по направление Хасково-Харманли-Свиленград за преход към въглеродно неутрални, климатично устойчиви и социално-приобщаващи градове“, финансиран по процедура чрез директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG16FFPR003-2.002 „Подкрепа за интегрирано градско развитие в 40 градски общини“ по Приоритет 2 „Интегрирано териториално развитие на регионите“ на Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027 г. Автомобилът, представляващ мобилен медицински кабинет трябва да е фабрично нов и неупотребяван. Автомобилът трябва да отговаря на директивите на ЕС, отнасящи се до хомологацията на нови МПС/медицински превозни средства/.
