Обществената поръчка включва закупуване и доставка на един брой нов автомобил за подпомагане дейността на доброволческата организация в община Ветрино по проект „Повишаване готовността за предотвратяване и овладяване на бедствия, пожари и извънредни ситуации в област Варна“. Настоящата обществена поръчка попада в обхвата на изключението по чл. 2, т. 3 от Наредба № Н-21 от 19.12.2023 година, тъй като автомобилът е предназначен за употреба от доброволческа организация, занимаваща се с гражданска защита и предотвратяване на бедствия и пожари, поради което изискванията на Наредба № Н-21 за „чисто превозно средство“ не се прилагат за настоящата поръчка.
