Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка включва избор на изпълнител за доставка, демонтаж,монтаж, инсталация, настройка, пробно изпитване, въвеждане в експлоатация, обучение на специалисти на Възложителя и гаранционно обслужване/поддръжка на фабрично нова медицинска апаратура. Процедурата по отваряне, разглеждане, оценка и класиране на офертите се извършва при условията на чл.104, ал.2 от ЗОП, във връзка чл. 61 от ППЗОП. Разглеждането и оценката на представените оферти, съгласно избрания критерий за възлагане се извършва от Комисията по реда на чл. 61 от ППЗОП, като техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците се оценяват преди разглеждане на документите за съответствие с критериите за подбор.
