Обществената поръчка е за доставка на медицински консумативи за нуждите на Център за спешна медицинска помощ - Плевен, за оказване на спешна медицинска помощ. Видовете и формите са посочени в техническата спецификация, неразделна част от документацията за участие. Доставките следва да се извършват периодично, по заявки на възложителя /планови - ежемесечни и спешни - при необходимост/, според конкретните нужди на възложителя= Медицинските консумативи трябва да отговарят на изискванията на изискванията на БДС, на международните стандарти и изискванията на Закона за медицинските изделия (ЗМИ). Трябва да се доставят само медицински консумативи, които са включени в списъка по чл. 1, т. 1 от Наредбата за условията и реда за съставяне на списък на медицинските изделия по чл. 30а от Закона за медицинските изделия и за определяне на стойността, до която те се заплащат, отговарят на изискванията на Закона за медицинските изделия /ЗМИ/, за които няма регистрирани данни в Изпълнителната агенция по лекарствата /ИАЛ/ и/или ЕUDAMED за инциденти/потенциални инциденти през последните две години, както и за блокирани или изтеглени партиди през последните две години съгласно предоставена от ИАЛ информация; които се заплащат от обществен фонд в поне една от страните - членки на Европейския съюз. За съответствието с изискванията на чл. 34 от ЗМИ в срока на действие на договора за обществената поръчка и при нейното изпълнение, отговаря и следва да следи изпълнителят. Медицински консумативи, които се доставят трябва да са в срок на годност, като остатъкът от срока на годност на същите, към момента на доставката, трябва да бъде не по-кратък от ½ от обявения от производителя срок на годност
