Предметът на настоящата поръчка е доставка на нови, неупотребявани моторни превозни средства /МПС/ по програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси“ 2021-2027“ с три обособени позиции. Обществената поръчка се реализира в рамките на проект BG05SFPR002-2.007 „Повишаване на капацитета на служителите на Агенцията за социално подпомагане във връзка с модернизиране на системите за социална закрила - компонент 2“, финансиран от Програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси“ 2021-2027, Дейност 10 Проучване и изграждане на модели за сътрудничество и извеждане на добри практики за работа, Дейност 12 Сформиране и обезпечаване дейността на 6 специализирани екипа за мобилна работа с деца в риск, Дейност 14 Повишаване ефективността на дирекциите социално подпомагане при работа в кризисни/ извънредни ситуации, изискващи спешни и оперативни действия в областта на социалните услуги. В обхвата на поръчката е заложено следното: Обособена позиция № 1 - Доставка на 11 (единадесет) броя нови, неупотребявани електрически автомобили; Обособена позиция № 2 - Доставка на 45 (четиридесет и пет) броя нови, неупотребявани леки автомобили; Обособена позиция № 3 „Доставка на 2 (два) броя нови, неупотребявани леки автомобили. Обособена позиция № 1 - Доставка на 11 (единадесет) броя нови, неупотребявани електрически автомобили.
