Предметът на обществената поръчка включва периодични доставки по предварителна заявка на консумативи и реактиви за нуждите НЦЗПБ, съгласно приложената Техническа спецификация, с цел избор на изпълнител/и и сключване на договор/и, при най-благоприятни за НЦЗПБ условия. Предметът на поръчката е разделен на 32 обособени позиции, чиито наименования, технически характеристики и количества са подробно описани в техническата спецификация- Приложение 1. ОП 12 Набор за PCR в реално време за качествена детекция на Mycoplasma pneumoniae/Chlamydophila pneumoniae. Да таргетира Mycoplasma: putative lipoprotein и Chlamydophila- ompA. Аналитична чувствителност не по малко от 500 копия/ml и аналитична специфичност 100%. - 500 теста; ОП 3 Флуоресцентно интеркалиращо багрило, подходящо за провеждане на Real-time PCR.
