Доставка на 1 брой нов базов автомобил с надстройка цистерна за вода, съгласно Техническа спецификация - Приложение №1. ​​​​​​​В обхвата на обществената поръчката се включва доставка на 1 брой нов базов автомобил, с надстройка - фабрично нова цистерна, както и съпътстващите услуги по гаранционна поддръжка в гаранционния срок предложен от участника, в съответствие с изискванията в Техническата спецификация - Приложение №1. Забележка: Под гаранционна поддръжка се има предвид отстраняване за сметка на Изпълнителя по време на гаранционния срок, на всички повреди, и/или несъответствия, съответно подмяна на дефектирали части и/или компоненти, които попадат в условията и обхвата на гаранцията, в рамките на гаранционната отговорност на изпълнителя. Доставката и подмяната на консумативите за периодичните технически обслужвания на автомобила са включени в обхвата на настоящата обществена поръчка и са задължение на Изпълнителя. Базовият автомобил с надстройка цистерна за вода трябва да отговаря на изискванията на Наредба № Н-21 от 19 декември 2023 г. за изискванията към чистите превозни средства и на Директива (ЕС) 2019/1161 на Европейския парламент и на Съвета от 20 юни 2019 година за изменение на Директива 2009/33/ЕО за насърчаването на чисти и енергийноефективни пътни превозни средства.
