В обхвата на договора се включват следните дейности: а) дейност 1: Анализ на данните и изискванията, документиран в Системен проект; б) дейност 2: Проектиране на Интернет портала и Система за управление на съдържанието (СУС); в) дейност 3: Разработка на софтуерно решение; г) дейност 4: Тестване на Интернет портала и СУС; д) дейност 5: Обучение на потребители за работа с Интернет портала и СУС; е) дейност 6: Внедряване. В условията на договора е включена и гаранционна поддръжка - дейност 7, съгласно Техническите параметри (Приложение № 1) към договора.
