Предметът на поръчката е специализирана поддръжка на информационно-комуникационната инфраструктура на БНТ. В предмета на поръчката се включват, без да се ограничават до, следните дейностите: • Отдалечени мониторинг, управление, актуализация и архивиране на оперативни параметри, фърмуеъри и текущо състояние; • Приемане и регистриране на инциденти / съобщения за повреди; • Вземане на решение за приоритет на изпълнение на съответната заявка; • Диагностика и анализ на проблеми / инциденти; • Проактивни действия за локализиране и отстраняване на проблеми. Подробно описание на текущото състояние на комуникационно - информационна структура на БНТ, както и на изискванията на Възложителя за изпълнение на дейностите, включени в предмета на поръчката, се съдържа в Техническата спецификация, неразделна част от указанияta за участие.
