Description

Договорът е сключен между Министерството на електронното управление, Национален осигурителен институт /НОИ/ и "Информационно обслужване" АД, с предмет: Предоставяне на услуги по системна интеграция, попадащи в обхвата на чл. 7с от ЗЕУ, съгласно заложеното в Техническите параметри (Приложение № 1), неразделна част от договора. В обхвата на договора се включват дейности по осигуряване на поддръжка, следгаранционно обслужване и доставка на резервни части на сървърни конфигурации за нуждите на НОИ. На основание § 45, ал. 1, изр. 1-во от ПЗР към ЗИД на ЗЕУ, услугите, предмет на настоящия договор, които представляват дейности по системна интеграция по смисъла на чл. 7с от ЗЕУ, се изпълняват от „Информационно обслужване“ АД в качеството му на системен интегратор.
