Основната цел на обществената поръчка е надграждане и разширяване на информационно-технологичната среда на Патентното ведомство на Република България с цел повишаване на ефективността, надеждността и функционалността на използваните информационни системи, както и осигуряване на технологична възможност за електронно администриране на дейности, свързани с предоставяне на финансова подкрепа на малки и средни предприятия по проект, финансиран по Програма „Конкурентоспособност и иновации в предприятията“ 2021-2027. Изпълнението на поръчката следва да осигури устойчиво развитие на съществуващата информационна инфраструктура, подобряване на интеграцията между системите, оптимизиране на работните процеси и разширяване на електронните услуги, предоставяни от Патентното ведомство.
