Доставка на горива за зареждане на МПС от бензиностанции чрез карти за безналично плащане, за нуждите на община Гурково, за срок от 36 (тридесет и шест) месеца. Представителството на сесиите на Национална стокова борса-АД за сключване на борсови сделки се извършва съгласно изискванията на Закона за стоковите борси и тържищата, Закона за обществените поръчки, Правилника за прилагане на Закона за обществените поръчки, Търговският закон, Закона за задълженията и договорите и други приложими нормативни актове. Покупка на автомобилни горива чрез зареждане от бензиностанции на МПС, собственост на община Гурково, както следва: - Безоловен бензин А95Н- Прогнозни количества за 36 месеца в литри (+/- 20%) - 6 000 литра; - Дизелово моторно гориво - Прогнозни количества за 36 месеца в литри (+/- 20%) -34 000 литра; - Газ пропан-бутан - Прогнозни количества за 36 месеца в литри (+/- 20%) - 5 000 литра; Количествата са прогнозни, като Купувачът не се ангажира да ги усвои изцяло и не носи отговорност пред изпълнителя на борсовия договор за претенции в случай, че обемът на поръчката не бъде изпълнен изцяло.
