Процедурата е за определяне на доставчик на гориво - газьол за ПКЦ за отопление на профилирана гимназия "Симеон Велчев". Количество 90 000 литра за срок от 3г. , считано от датата на сключване на борсов договор. Доставката се извършва от Изпълнителя за негова сметка с лицензиран специализиран транспорт за превоз на течни горива, притежаващи брояч в литри, замерен и пломбиран от оторизиран орган, в срок от 3 дни след заявка от Възложителя. Срок за плащане на цената - до 15 дни след доставка и подписан приемо-предавателен протокол и сертификат за качество и произход. Плащането става по банкова сметка след издадена данъчна фактура.
