Първоначално планираната "Техническа спецификация" може да бъде частично променяна в хода на провеждане на динамичната система, като се добавят нови лекарствени продукти и/или се променят количествата им. Посочените количества в приложената към документацията „Техническа спецификация“ са прогнозни и не пораждат задължение за Възложителя да ги възложи в прогнозния обем.
