Description

Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е "доставка" по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП. Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка e периодични дoставки на лекарствен продукт OXYTOCIN 5 IU/ml Solution for injection за нуждите на „МБАЛ - Тутракан” ЕООД, по прогнозни количества от техническата спецификация в документацията за участие в откритата процедура и се отнася за 24 - месечен период. Прогнозните количества OXYTOCIN /лекарства/ са описани в Техническа спецификация по генеричн наименования /международни непатентни наименования/, лекарствени форми, както и мярка и количество активно вещество. Представят се в табличен вид, изготвен във формат „Excel”. Лекарственият продукт следва да отговаря на изискванията на Закона на лекарствените продукти в хуманната медицина и подзаконовите нормативни актове по неговото прилагане, като за лекарството следва да има издадено разрешение за употреба, вписано в регистъра на разрешените за употреба лекарствени продукти в Република България при Изпълнителната агенция по лекарствата. Оферираният лекарствен продукт е извън Позитивния лекарствен списък, и следва да е с цени, които не надвишават стойностите, определени съгласно глави Трета, Четвърта и Пета от Наредбата за условията, правилата и реда за регулиране и регистриране на цените на лекарствените продукти (обн. ДВ бр. 40 от 30.04.2013г.) - пределни цени на лекарствени продукти, отпускани по лекарско предписание.
