Предметът на обществената поръчка e периодична доставка по заявка на лекарства за нуждите на МБАЛ „Лозенец“ ЕАД. Предметът на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарства по 20 обособени позиции по видове и количества, подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. 1.Dapagliflozin 10 mg 2.Calcitriol 0,25 mcg 3.Thiamine 40 mg/ml - 2 ml 4.Ascorbic acid 100 mg/ml - 5 ml 5.Pyridoxine 50 mg/ml - 2 ml 6.Calcium gluconate 95 mg/ml - 10 ml (екв. на 89 mg Calcium) 7.Magnesium sulfate 4095 mg/10 ml 8.Ademetionine 500 mg (инжекционна форма) 9.Ademetionine 500 mg (таблетна форма) 10.Thioctic acid 600 mg/50 ml 11.Acenocoumarol 4 mg 12.Heparin 5000 IU/ml - 5 ml 13.Antithrombin 500 IU 14.Enoxaparin 100 mg/ml - 0,6 ml (6000 anti-Xa IU) 15.Enoxaparin 100 mg/ml - 0,4 ml (4000 anti-Xa IU) 16.Nadroparin 9500 anti-Xa IU/ml - 0,4 ml (3800 anti-Xa IU) 17.Nadroparin 9500 anti-Xa IU/ml - 0,6 ml (5700 anti-Xa IU) 18.Clopidogrel 75 mg 19.Iloprost 20 mcg/ml - 1 ml 20.Tirofiban 0,25 mg/ml - 50 ml Участникът може да подаде оферта за една, за няколко или за всички обособени позиции от Техническата спецификация. Обхватът на поръчката включва доставка до болничната аптека на Възложителя и разтоварване на доставеното по дадена заявка количество лекарства.
