Предметът на обществената поръчка e периодична доставка по заявка на лекарства за нуждите на „МБАЛ „Лозенец“ ЕАД. Предметът на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарства по 20 обособени позиции по видове и количества, подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. Участникът може да подаде оферта за една, за няколко или за всички обособени позиции от Техническата спецификация. Обхватът на поръчката включва доставка до болничната аптека на Възложителя и разтоварване на доставеното по дадена заявка количество лекарства. Посочените в Приложение № 1 видове и количества лекарства са прогнозни. Предметът на обществената поръчка e периодична доставка по заявка на лекарства за нуждите на „МБАЛ „Лозенец“ ЕАД. Предметът на поръчката включва периодично повтарящи се доставки на лекарства по 20 обособени позиции по видове и количества, подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1. 1.Famotidine 20 mg 2.Omeprazole 40 mg 3.Omeprazole 20 mg 4.Pantoprazole 40 mg 5.Esomeprazole 40 mg 6.Papaverine hydrochloridum 20 mg/ml - 1 ml 7.Drotaverine 20 mg/ml - 2 ml 8.Atropine 1 mg/ml - 1 ml 9.Butylscopolamine 20 mg/ml - 1 ml 10.Metoclopramide 5 mg/ml - 2 ml 11.Ondansetron 2 mg/ml - 4 ml 12.Ondansetron 8 mg 13.Ursodeoxycholic acid 250 mg 14.L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate 5000 mg/10 ml 15.Macrogol, combinations 64 g 16.Macrogol, combinations 52,5 g 17.Insulin (human) 100 IU/ml - 3 ml (cartridges) 18.Insulin (human) 100 IU/ml - 3 ml (suspension) 19.Metformin hydrochloride 850 mg 20.Gliclazide 60 mg ​​​​​Участникът може да подаде оферта за една, за няколко или за всички обособени позиции от Техническата спецификация.
