Bulgaria - Selection of an operator for providing, servicing and managing electronic food vouchers for BNT employees

The Bulgarian National Television (BNT) is seeking an operator to provide, service and manage electronic food vouchers for its employees. The service includes the initial production, personalization, delivery and activation of electronic media, along with periodic loading in specified months in line with the maximum non-taxable monthly amount. The operator will also handle administration, maintenance, electronic reporting and provide a mobile app or web portal for employees. The contract covers BNT employees in Sofia and regional television centers in Plovdiv, Varna, Ruse and Blagoevgrad.
