Description

Доставка на гориво за дизелови двигатели, зимно, ниво "Е", минерално без биокомпоненти, съгласно чл. 50, ал. 1 от Закона за енергията от възобновяеми източници. Прогнозното количество е до 177 488 тона ± 0,5 % и Възложителят си запазва правото да сключи договор до размера на осигурените финансови средства. Дизеловото гориво следва да отговаря на показателите, посочени в Приложение № 2 към чл. 6, т. 2 от Наредбата за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол. Доставката се осъществява по график, уточнен с възложителя. Доставката се извършва с ЖП транспорт и/или по продуктопровод. Количеството на горивото се определя по масов разходомер, посочен от Възложителя. Всяка партида или цялото количество в един резервоар, се приема след окачествяване, извършено от фирма за стоков контрол, определена от Възложителя, като разходите за окачествяването са за сметка на Изпълнителя. Срокът на доставка е до 12 (дванадесет) месеца от издаване на складов запис за влог на горивото в склад, регистриран по реда на чл. 38 от ЗЗНН. Начинът и условията на плащане са подробно описани в поръчката-спецификация. На основание чл. 79, ал. 4 от ЗОП, договорът се сключва по правилата на съответната борса. Съгласно поръчката-спецификация, следва да се сключи минимум един контракт.
