Предметът на обществената поръчка включва периодични доставки по предварителна заявка на консумативи и реактиви за нуждите НЦЗПБ, съгласно приложената Техническа спецификация, с цел избор на изпълнител/и и сключване на договор/и, при най-благоприятни за НЦЗПБ условия. Предметът на поръчката е разделен на 34 обособени позиции, чиито наименования, технически характеристики и количества са подробно описани в техническата спецификация- Приложение 1. Количествен ELISA тест за доказване на IFN-gamma продукция в плазма, след стимулация на цяла кръв със специфични антигени на M. tuberculosis. Да включва отделни епруветки с активиращите антигени ESAT-6 и CFP-10, както и епруветки за положителна и отрицателна контрола. Специфичност минимум 95%, чувствителност минимум 80%. - 432 теста.
