Description

Der Landkreis Harz benötigt zur sicheren Fernwartung, Fernunterstützung und zum Fernzugriff auf seine IT-Arbeitsplätze und Server eine marktübliche Standardsoftware (Remote-Support- bzw. Fernwartungslösung) mit erweiterten Funktionen für den zentralen IT-Betrieb. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von Lizenzen für die Fernwartungs- bzw. Remote-Support-Software TeamViewer Tensor. Anzubieten sind Lizenzen für 40 Nutzer einschließlich der Funktionen Conditional Access und Auditability sowie zur Verwaltung von bis zu 1.500 verwalteten Endgeräten. Die Überlassung erfolgt im Rahmen eines Subskriptionsmodells. Die Subskription umfasst neben dem Nutzungsrecht auch die laufende Bereitstellung von Updates und Upgrades sowie die Support-Leistungen des Herstellers. Der Vertrag soll eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren haben. Die Subskriptionsentgelte sollen jährlich in Rechnung gestellt werden.
