Das Institut für Gewerbemedizin und Pathologie ist an der Murtenstrasse 31 untergebracht. Das Gebäude wurde 1991 erbaut und umfasst nebst dem Erdgeschoss fünf Obergeschosse und ein Attikageschoss. Der Komplex teilt sich in zwei Gebäudebereiche, den Hörsaaltrakt und den Büro- und Labortrakt.   Im 3. Obergeschoss an der Murtenstrasse 31 soll durch bauliche Anpassungen die Labor und Büroinfrastruktur modernisiert und optimiert werden. Gleichzeitig soll die bestehende ursprüngliche Haustechnikinfrastruktur erneuert werden. Der Betrieb (exkl. Tiefkühlraum) im 3. Obergeschoss wird während der gesamten Bauzeit ausgelagert. Die restlichen Geschosse bleiben während der Bau-zeit in Betrieb.   Gesucht wird eine Generalplanerteam für die gesamte Planung und Realisierung (Phase 31 Vorprojekt bis und mit Phase 53 Inbetriebnahme).
