Description

In der Seestrasse (H13) sowie in der Bahnhofstrasse (K61) werden umfangreiche Werkleitungssanierungen ausgeführt. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Erneuerung der Wasser- und Gasleitungen, den Ausbau der Leerrohranlage für die elektrische Erschliessung sowie den Neubau eines Fernwärmenetzes inklusive der erforderlichen Hausanschlüsse. An der bestehenden Kanalisation besteht lediglich ein geringer Sanierungsbedarf, weshalb nur punktuelle Instandsetzungsmassnahmen vorgesehen sind. Im Bereich der Werkleitungsgräben werden der Strassenoberbau und die Beläge nach Abschluss der Werkleitungsarbeiten fachgerecht wiederhergestellt; eine umfassende Strassensanierung ist nicht Bestandteil des Projekts. Die Ausführung erfolgt etappenweise unter Aufrechterhaltung der Erschliessung.
