Товар , закупівля якого передбачена цією документацією, має постачатися у кількості та асортименті згідно з заявками уповноважених осіб замовника відповідно до замовлення в робочий час. Корегування графіку поставки можливе тільки за згодою Замовника. Вартість пакування , маркування, транспортування та розвантаження товару включається в цінову пропозицію. Доставка товару повинна відбуватися відповідно правил транспортування лікарських засобів (НАКАЗ №723 від 31.10.2011року МОЗ "Про затвердження ліцензійних умов провадження господарської діяльності з виробництва лікарськими засобами оптової , роздрібної торгівлі лікарськими засобами абзац 3 пункт 3,5,14). Прийом товару здійснюється обовязково при представнику Постачальника.Термін придатності товару повинен складати на момент поставки не менше як 75% від передбаченого виробником. Товар, який поставляється Постачальником, не повинен бути погодженням з Російської Федерації/ Республіки Білорусь/ Ісламської Республіки Іран
