The buyer, the Institute for Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, located at 47 Nauky Avenue, Kyiv, 03028, is procuring petrol of grade A-95 (Euro 5) supplied via coupons and diesel fuel (Euro 5) also supplied via coupons. The filling station nearest to the institute must be no more than 5 km away. The coupons must remain valid for at least 1 year. Delivery is to take place within 10 working days from signing of the contract. The supplier guarantees that no goods originating from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran will be delivered, in line with Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 1178 of 12 October 2022.
