Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран Після погодження Сторонами асортименту, кількості та ціни Товару (товарної партії) шляхом підписання відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар, Постачальник протягом двох робочих днів передає Покупцю за Актом приймання-передачі карток на пальне картку(и) на пальне “WOG” встановленої форми відповідного номіналу (далі по тексту - картка(и) на пальне або картка(и)). Картка на пальне виготовляється на паперовому носії; глянцевому паперовому носії, заламінованого плівкою; пластиковому носії. Містить емблему торговельної марки “WOG”, вказівку на вид (марку) Товару та номінал. На картку нанесено штрих-код, голографічне зображення та інші ступені захисту. Передача Покупцю карток на пальне “WOG” здійснюється по місцезнаходженню офісу Постачальника уповноваженій особі Покупця, з підписанням уповноваженими представниками Сторін Акту приймання-передачі карток на пальне. Право власності на Товар переходить до Покупця з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на Товар
