Місце поставки товару - АЗС на території України (за виключенням тимчасово окупованих територій), у тому числі не менше 3 (трьох) АЗС у місті Чернівці та не менше 5 (п'яти) АЗС у Чернівецькій області. Поставка Товарів за цим Договором здійснюється Постачальником Замовнику з використанням Талонів номіналам по 10 л, 15 л, або 20 л. відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.12.1997 р. №1442 «Про затвердження правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» (зі змінами та доповненнями) на будь-якій АЗС у межах України, за умови наявності власних чи орендованих АЗС у межах Чернівецької області (не менше 5-ти АЗС, як мінімум 1 АЗС повинна знаходитись на відстані до 20 км. від місця знаходження Замовника - 59400, Чернівецька обл. м.Заставна, вул Незалежності, 111)
