Description

1. АЗС, на яких здійснюється відпуск палива, мають бути розташовані на відстані не більше ніж 35-ти км. від місця розташування структурних підрозділів/пунктів тимчасового базування, перелік яких визначено в Додатку 1 («Адреси розташування структурних підрозділів/пунктів тимчасового базування») до проекту Договору. 2. Талони (скретч-карти) на пальне мають бути єдиного зразка. 3. В забезпечення виконання Продавцем умов Договору вимагається надання банківської гарантії в розмірі 5% вартості Договору. 4. За гарантією банк-гарант безвідклично зобов’язаний сплатити Замовнику (бенефіціару) суму гарантії протягом 5 робочих днів після дня отримання гарантом письмової вимоги бенефіціара про сплату суми гарантії. 5. Строк дії гарантії має перевищувати строк дії Договору про закупівлю не менше ніж на 5 днів.
