Товар постачається у формі талонів на пальне, шляхом доставки Покупцю Талонів на замовлену партію Товару. Термін дії Талонів - не менше ніж 6 місяців з дня їх передачі (введення в дію (активації)) Покупцю. Талони діють на всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій). Країною походження Товару не може бути Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються в національній валюті України шляхом прямого переводу коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання Талонів на відповідну кількість (обсяг) Товару та належним чином оформлених Постачальником видаткових документів. АЗС, на яких здійснюватиметься відпуск товару Покупцю, повинні розташовуватися на території м. Тернопіль та Тернопільської області, а також в кожному обласному центрі України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій).
