Description
Заправка автотранспорту буде здійснюватися на АЗС Учасника окремими партіями за потребою цілодобово, по талонах. АЗС Учасника повинні бути розташовані в м. Чернігові (або поряд, але не більше 10 км за межі м. Чернігів) (за даними Google карт)). Талони на Бензин А-95та Дизельне паливо повинні бути з терміном дії не менше 12 місяців від дати їх придбання Замовником з можливістю їх обміну, при закінченні дії їх строку, на нові талони з новим строком дії. Закупівля проводиться із застосуванням нульової ставки ПДВ відповідно до постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 №178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану». Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
