The buyer is procuring petrol A-95 (Euro 5) and diesel fuel (Euro 5), supplied via fuel coupons. Filling stations where company vehicles will refuel must include one no more than 8.0 km from the buyer's address at Lебединська 5, Sumy, serving both petrol and diesel vehicles. The supplier must operate at least 2 active filling stations within the city of Sumy and, in addition, at least 5 stations in the rest of Sumy oblast, all dispensing A-95 petrol and diesel fuel for use with the issued coupons.
