The municipal buyer, the Centre of Cultural Services of the Petrovska Village Council, purchased A-95 petrol (Euro 5) for use in generators, delivered as fuel coupons. The coupons must come in denominations of 5, 10 and 20 litres, be valid in 2026 and 2027, and remain valid for at least one year from receipt. The supplier needed at least one owned, partner or leased petrol station in Vyshhorod or elsewhere in the Petrovska community, with fuel issued at WOG stations. The contract was awarded on 19 January 2026 to PP 'OKKO-SERVIS' for UAH 26,558.35, matching the estimated value.
