Умови, місце поставки товару: поставку Товару (партії Товару) здійснюється шляхом передачі Покупцю активних (розблокованих) талонів на бензин А-95, дизельне паливо (далі - Талони), які дають право отримати Товар на автозаправних станціях Постачальника у м.Рівне та по Україні (власних, орендованих, партнерських) за адресою: м.Рівне вул.Кавказька, 9а кабінет №208 - особисто або м.Рівне відділення Нової Пошти №5, відповідальна особа за отримання Талонів Разумовська Тетяна Іванівна, контактний номер телефону відповідальної особи +380502233690. Поставка здійснюється за рахунок постачальника. Передача Товару проводиться шляхом заправки автотранспорту Покупця на АЗС, визначених у Додатку №2 Договору, за Талонами встановленої форми, по факту їх пред’явлення Покупцем в асортименті та кількості, вказаних у Талонах. Поданням своєї пропозиції постачальник підтверджує та гарантує, що товар, який ним пропонується, не має походження з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь та/або Ісламської Республіки Іран, а також не походить з територій, тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, відповідно до пункту 57 Постанови КМУ від 14.09.2020р. № 822 та іншого чинного законодавства
